Prism 10.4.1
Prism 10.4.1 was released on December 05, 2024.
This release fixes multiple issues present in Prism versions 10.4.0 and older, including a fix for an issue that made it difficult or impossible to edit or modify embedded tables on graphs, and improves the behavior of logging in and out of a LabArchives account from the Prism desktop application.
UI Improvements
- Replaced the "Login to another account" link with "Log out" in the LabArchives integration UI
Analysis Bug Fixes
- Fixed the issue in which columns with data disappeared from the Residuals and Line tabs of the Simple linear regression results after data points in the source data table were excluded
Graphing Bug Fixes
- (Windows) Fixed the issue in which it was impossible to resize or format embedded data tables on graphs
- (Windows) Fixed the issue in which an unlinked embedded table with data unexpectedly appeared on the target graph or layout sheet rather than an empty placeholder after the source data table had been deleted
Other Bug Fixes
- Fixed the issue in which Prism would crash or display the alert "Disk or memory error occurred" when switching to the Simple linear regression results sheet if data were previously removed from the source data table
- Fixed the issue in which Prism would freeze while attempting to unfreeze a multiple variables graph sheet if the variables for the color and size of symbols on the graph had been previously deleted from the source data table
- (Windows) Fixed the issue in which Prism would crash while updating the project in Prism Cloud after adding a Survival data table
- (Windows) Fixed the issue in which Prism did not automatically display a previously used table by default in the "Replace Data Set" dialog
- (Mac) Fixed the issue in which the Prism Thumbnail Extension for macOS Quick Look feature would crash, making it impossible to view Prism file previews in Finder
