How do I manage my group license?

To manage your Prism group subscription log in to My Account with the email address and password that were used to purchase the subscription. You can add additional administrators as alternate administrators.

My Account allows you to:

• Manage subscription billing and renewal
• Purchase additional seats, prorated for the remaining time in your current term
• Manage alternate administrators
• Reset your GraphPad account password
• Download the latest Prism installers
• View your license information, including next renewal date and number of seats within the current term
• View license activation instructions (e.g. serial number)
• Manage and distribute license seats. Learn how
