How do I enter the data to make a contingency plot?
This example shows the basics of making a contingency plot.
How to do it:
Start with the Contingency section of the Prism Welcome dialog.
Enter your data:
- The columns define alternative outcomes.
- The rows define treatments.
- For each combination of treatment and outcome, the table shows the
number of subjects (or occurrences).
- Data in contingency tables must be actual counts, and not fractions or
percentages or rates.
Click the Anaylze button to analyze your data.
