Why is there a folder named "(A Document Being Saved By Prism)" on my computer or network?

OS X creates the temporary folder "(A Document Being Saved By Prism)"  when Prism is (auto)saving a file to a shared network location. The folder is then deleted automatically. So you'll only see it if Prism is forced to quit or crashes while autosaving.

You can delete that folder.
