Why does Prism (Windows, v3) crash when I try to copy a graph to another program?

Copying a graph is not so simple, as it requires that Prism interact with Windows to set up the OLE information (so you can embed or link a Prism graph into other programs). The OLE components of Windows may not all be installed and working correctly (in which case you'd encounter the same problem copying graphs from other programs, trying to use the Microsoft equation editor, etc.). Try reinstalling Windows or, if applicable, Office.
