Why are the results of the smooth, integrate and differentiate analysis staggered?

 Prism 5.03 and 5.0c introduced a change to the analysis Smooth, Differentiate or Integrate curve. When analyzing a data table with two or more data sets, the results of are now staggered down the page.

Prior versions of Prism did not create correct tables of a differentiated or smoothed curve when there were multiple data sets with missing (blank) Y values. By switching to a staggering output table, we fixed that bug. If you want to view a table showing the integrated values at various times, you'll need to copy and paste onto a new table.
