When showing a box and whiskers plot that also shows individual data points, how to put the points behind the box and whiskers?

When creating box and whisker plots, Prism gives you multiple choices. One choice is to show the whiskers extending from the minimum to the maximum value but to also show each value individually as a point. 

 

Prism always plots the individual points in front of the box and whiskers, as shown on the left side of the graph above. That graph uses overly thick lines and large symbols to emphasize that the symbols are in front. 

Prism does not (yet) offer a choice to move the symbols behind the box and whiskers, but here is a workaround that creates the graph shown on the right side of the figure. The workaround is to make the symbols semitransparent. On Windows, set the transparency to a high value. On Mac, set the opacity to a low value.
