When I update to Prism 3cx for OSX, I get an error message that my serial number is for Prism Windows (but it isn't).

There is an easy work around to this problem.

Copy the file "ssprism3.qxt" from the "System Folder:Preferences" under Mac OS 9 to the Mac OS X preferences folder. To locate the Mac OS X preferences folder, the user should: Open Finder on Mac OS X, click Home button on the Finder's toolbar, then select Library folder, then Preferences.

If you can't get this to work for you, submit your request at help.graphpad.com and we'll assign you a new serial number.
