The link GraphPad sent for me to downoad software doesn't work. I get an error message.

Our download links expire after a certain amount of time. If you get the following error message, send us an email at support@graphpad.com and we can send you a new link.

Error: You have already downloaded this file. Please submit your request at help.graphpad.com if you were unable to download your software, or if you need to install again.

If you click on a download link and get an error message like the one below, it is another problem.

Error: This is the cfdefaultcase tag. I received a fuseaction called "ecommerce.replacefiles=1905670974" and I don't know what to do with it.

Some email systems seem to strip a few characters from our download links. We don't know why this happens but the lost characters are always the same. Edit the link to add &code before the last equals sign (=) and the link should work. It should look like this (but all on one line):
