Problem: Network locations don't appear in Prism Windows File Open dialog

When you go to open a file, you should be able to access drives on your own computer, or networked drives. But sometimes the networked locations do not appear. This happens when:

• You are using Prism Windows (any version). Or any other program!
• You are using Windows Vista or later
• The UAC is set to give low permissions
• The advanced settings of Prism are set to "Run as administrator".

To fix the problem, right click on Prism.exe, choose settings, then choose Advanced, and turn off the setting "Run as administrator".
