Prism's chidist function doesn't match Excel's.

Excel and Prism give the same answer if df is an integer. If df is not an integer, Prism is able to compute the correct value of chidist. Excel truncates the df to an integer.

In almost all uses of this function, df will be an integer so this discrepancy is trivial.
