Prism graphs with colored open symbols, created in prior Prism 6 versions, change to black open symbols in Prism 6.05 and 6.0f.
Graph created by a prior Prism 6 version with colored open symbols .
Same graph opened in Prism 6.05 or 6.0f.
Maintaining the border color of open symbols is a problem due to a bug only for files that were created in Prism Windows (6.03 & 6.04) and Prism Mac (6.0d & 6.0e).
Details:
If you choose an open symbol with a colored border color, everything is fine when you save and reopen using the same Prism 6 version. But, if you've created a graph with colored open symbols in an older Prism 6 version, the border color of the open symbols changes to black when opened in Prism 6.05 and 6.0f. The border color of the open symbols do not change to black if the graph was originally created in Prism 6.05 or Prism 6.0f.
To fix: You’ll need to reformat the Symbols: Border color. This can be done from the first tab of the Format Graph dialog. Each data set will need to be individually formatted to the color you want. You can use the Global, change ALL data sets, if you want all the symbols to be the same color.
