Prism does not print some pages of my document, and I can't access the "File.. Printer setup" dialog.

For some reason, Prism's (version 3 for Windows) printer settings are confused. The way to solve the problem is to start a new document, where you can reset the printer settings using "File.. Printer setup". Then use "File.. Merge.." to merge in your existing file, which should now print fine.
