Prism 5 Mac crashes while printing.Some printer-specific options are missing from the Print dialog.

 Prism 5.0a and 5.0b will crash when:

• Prism is launched from the installer, so is run for the first time.

and

• You use the drop down in the Print dialog to change Paper Handling settings.

This is a bug in Apple OSX (confirmed by Apple, reproduced in other programs). 

Restart Prism, and printing will work fine. The bug only appears when Prism was launched directly by the installer.

A related problem: Some options specific to a particular printer may not available in the print dialog. Quit and relaunch Prism, and those options will appear. The problem occurs only when Prism is launched directly by the installer.
