Prism 3 (Windows) crashes when I try to print.

This is most likely causes by a buggy printer driver, probably from HP. Use your control panel to install a new printer, and tell the system to search your Windows CD for an appropriate driver. This driver, from Microsoft rather than HP, will probably work better with Prism.

We've worked very hard to make sure that Prism 4 will work even with buggy printer drivers.
