Pictures don't show when I open a Prism file (saved by Prism 5 Mac) using Prism 5 Windows.

Prism Mac gives two choices for saving files in the File tab of preferences:



If you want to open files using Windows, set the second (not default) option. 

To get to the Preferences dialog, drop the Prism menu and choose Preferences.
