My Prism graphs use lots of colors. How can I place them into Word in black and white?
Microsoft Word makes this easy. Follow these steps:
- Copy and paste the graph from Prism into Word. It will remain in color.
- Click on the graph (within Word) to select it.
- Right click on the graph (within Word) and choose Format Object (or Format Picture). You can also choose this command from the format menu.
- Go to the Picture tab.
- Drop the choices for Color.
- Choose either "Black and white" (hi contrast, no gray) or "Grayscale".
These steps work with all recent versions (since Word 97) of Microsoft Word for Windows and Mac.
