I've installed a Macintosh network version Prism or InStat, but I'm having problems using the program on the server itself.

Sometimes, when using Prism or InStat on the server of a Macintosh network, the program doesn't let the correct number of users access the program at the same time. To fix this:

1. Quit Prism on all the computers on the network.
2. Locate and select the Prism or InStat program file.
3. Click Command-I to open File Info. (Or choose Get Info from the File menu.)
4. Check the option "Locked".
