How can I print the floating notes?

There is not a way to directly save or print floating notes. You can copy the text to a Word or text document or take screenshots and print those.

How can I change the font used for new notes?

Go to the Preference dialog, then to View tab. In the middle of that tab, you'll see a control to choose the font for new floating notes?

How can I change the font used for an existing note?

Select all the text in the note by dragging, or using Control-A (Windows) or Command-A (Mac). Then use the tool bar to choose a font size, or use the buttons to increase or decrease the font size in increments. Those tools only affect selected text, so select the entire note first.

How can I change the font used for all existing notes?

Go to the preferences dialog, and change the font (or point size) used for new notes, as explained above. That won't change the font you see on the sheet you are on now. But move to any other sheet and back again, and you'll see the new size.
