KNOWLEDGEBASE - ARTICLE #740

I'm using Prism 3. When I paste a graph into Powerpoint or Word, some text labels are cut off.

Prism has to decide where the graph margins are so it doesn't copy an entire page with lots of white space. Prism 3 gets it wrong sometimes. It is easy to work around this problem. Use the text tool and add some 'text' in the direction where things are getting cut off. But make the text just a blank space. You won't see it, but Prism will so it will leave a bigger margin.

We fixed this problem in Prism 4. If you encounter a problem like this in Prism 4 or Prism 5, please send us the file.
