If I paste a Prism Windows graph into a Microsoft Word document, it looks fine on the screen. Why is the Y-axis label missing when I print?

We've heard of this problem from a few users, and we aren't sure why. It works fine on most machines, so it has to do with the fonts and printer driver. Try choosing a different font. Also try updating your printer driver software, or perhaps adjust printer settings in the Control Panel. It may also help to restart Windows to replenish "system resources".
