I prepared graphs with full frame. When printing on a a HP Laserjet 1200, it will not print the upper segment of the frame in spite of the fact that I see it on the screen (it prints only the left, lower and right segments of the frame).

The problem occurs with Printer HP Laserjet 1200 when it is installed with a PCL 6 driver using either Prism 4.00 or 4.01. A Prism user figured out this workaround: Switch to a PCL 5e (rather than 6) driver and make the following setting: * Properties * Finishing * Custom mode * Press Details and then Complex Graphics * Set Rendering mode to SEND GRAPHICS AS RASTER
