I need more help creating dose-response curves with Prism.

Prism makes it easy to fit dose response curves. and provides detailed examples.


Prism 5:

1. Start Prism 5, and choose the XY tab from the Welcome dialog.
2. Choose to use sample data, and pick one of the four sample dose-response data sets (or the related binding or enzyme kinetics samples).
3. Click OK from the Welcome dialog.
4. You'll see a table with sample data. Superimposed is a brief explanation, with a link to longer explanations in the Help.
