I checked the option for Prism to compute the geometric mean as part of column statistics. But that value is blank in the results sheet.

The geometric mean is the antilog of the mean of the logarithms of the values. Since it is not possible to compute the log of a value that is zero or  negative, the geometric mean cannot be computed if any value is zero or negative. In this case, Prism leaves the results blank.
