I am having trouble printing from Prism Windows to the NuGenesis printing system (that lets you "print" to a database).

Follow these steps to let Prism 3 print with NuGenesis with Windows XP or 2000:

1. Select "Printers and Faxes" ("Printers" on Windows 2000) in the Control Panel.
2. Right-click NuGenesis Unify 5.2 printer
3. Select Properties in the shortcut menu.
4. Go to the Security tab in the Properties dialog.
5. Make sure that you have set "Allow" for all the items in "Permissions" list.

Follow these steps to let Prism 3 print with NuGenesis with Windows NT

1. Select Printers in the Control Panel.
2. Right-click NuGenesis Unify 5.2 printer
3. Selecte Properties in the shortcut menu.
4. Go to the Security tab in the Properties dialog.
5. Click the Permissions button.
6. In the Printer Permissions dialog, select "Full Control" in the "Type of Access:" dropdown (not just "printing').
