I am having trouble downloading software I purchased online.

One way or another, we'll make sure you get the software you paid for.

Our system only lets you try to download a few times. If your download was interrupted, and the system won't let you try again, let us know and we'll reset the server, or we can send you a new link to retry your download.

Downloading our programs does not work properly with some versions of the AOL browser. Try to use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape instead of the built-in AOL browser. You can use AOL to connect to the internet, but still use a separate browser for contacting our web site and downloading.

If your firewall makes it impossible to download executable (.exe) files, we can arrange to let you download compressed (.zip) files instead.

If all else fails, we can send you a CD for a small handling fee.
