How should I fit binding data where I use a fixed concentration of labeled ligand but vary the receptor concentration?

The model "Binding, One site - total" was derived assuming that you have a fixed concentration of ligand and vary the ligand concentration. But ligand and receptor are totally symmetrical in the derivation of this equation, so it works fine if you fix the ligand and vary the receptor.
