How do I update Prism on a network?

No special updater for networks
There is no special updater for network installations of Prism. You can download free updates here. We are also happy to provide a full installer. Email us your request (including the serial number).
You can only update a network license when no one is using it.
With a network license, Prism is installed on a single shared hard drive (server). Therefore the update only has to be installed once, on that shared drive. This cannot be done while anyone is using Prism. To check, look in the licenses folder within the Prism program folder and make sure there are no files with an .lic extension. These indicate that someone is using the program.
