How can we set up Prism on a network so that users can save templates to their own, individual directories?

We assumed that templates and methods would be set up for an entire user group (few people create new ones), so that they'd belong in shared network directories, rather than being individual resources. The only work-around for Prism 3 is to encourage users to save Prism templates via the "File... Save as..." command, not the "File... Save template" command. Then they can save anywhere, but need to open with the "File... Open" (not on the template section of the Welcome dialog).

If Prism 4 is installed on a network, there is a choice on the "Save Template" dialog ("File... Save Special... Save Template...") to save a template either to the local hard drive or to the network. The latter option requires that the template not be stored in a read-only folder.
