How can I replace a damaged CD (or disks)?

If the CD or disks arrived damaged, then of course we'll replace them free. Send a request to orders@graphpad.com with your serial number and mailing address.

If the CD or disks were lost or damaged in your lab, we'll also gladly replace them. But we charge US$25, which includes worldwide shipping. Send a request to orders@graphpad.com with your serial number, mailing address, and a Visa or MasterCard number. Or call (US) 858.454.5577.

You really don't need a CD! We will gladly  provide you (free)  a link to download the installers. Send the request by submitting your request at help.graphpad.com and provide the serial number if you have it. By requesting a download link, you are sure to be getting the latest update.
