How can I prevent a "page fault error" when I try to view the gallery in Prism 3 Windows?

Two customers have reported that Prism 3, running on NT (but not Win2000) on a computer using a Matrox video card (G200) will give a "page fault error" when they try to view a graph or layout gallery. Switching video cards solved the problem, and the problem seems to have disappeared since the manufacturer issued a new video driver, version 4.77.027, released March 2001. For other video cards, you might try updating or substituting other drivers.
