How can I open Prism objects embedded in Word or Powerpoint using a Mac?

OLE (Object Linking and Embedding) is a Windows-only feature. It lets you double-click on a graph embedded in Word or PowerPoint and open in Prism for editing.

We can't implement OLE in Prism Mac. Why not?

If you want to open OLE object with Prism, you'll need to use Prism Windows. You could borrow a colleague's computer, and use our 30-day free trial of Prism. Or you could run Windows on your Mac using Boot camp, Parallels or Fusion, then run Prism Windows and Microsoft Office on Windows on your Mac.

Once you open the OLE object with Prism Windows, you can save as a Prism file, which can be opened by Prism Mac or Prism Windows.
