How can I control the number of decimal places seen on bar graph labels?

When creating a bar graph from a results table, you can adjust the number format of the X column ("Change.... Number format"). But the next time you open the project, the format reverts to its default (a bug fixed in Prism 4). You can work around the problem pretty easily: From the data table, use "Change... Column format" and make the X column "Text" rather than numbers. Now the text (actually numbers) will be used to label the bars exactly as you entered it.
