How can I compare the slopes and intercepts of two linear regression lines statistically?

When you set up the linear regression analysis, in the "Parameters: Linear Regression" dialog box, check the box labeled "Test whether slopes and intercepts are significantly different". The results for this test will be on a separate Results subpage, accessible through the drop-down on the toolbar (and also, in Prism 4, a subsheet in the navigator).
