How can I change the decimal format of the X values in a survival table?

Prism is smart enough to know that you can't change the decimal format of the Y columns of a survival table, since all values must be integers. But it mistakenly also prevents you from changing the decimal format (number format) of the X column.  Use this workaround:

  1. Drop the Change menu and choose Format Data Table.
  2. On the Format Table dialog, change the table to an XY table.
  3. Select the X column.
  4. Drop the Change menu and choose Decimal Format.
  5. Choose the appropriate number of decimal places.
  6. Drop the Change menu and choose Format Data Table.
  7. On the Format Table dialog, change the table back to a survival table.
