Error message: "Some of the values you attempted to insert into the Info Table were ignored..."

The info table only has two columns, for the name and value of each variable. If you try to paste more columns, you'll see this message. You'll also see it if th text you copied contains any commas. Prism thinks the comma defines a new column, so "sees" the clipboard as having too many columns. Fixed in 6.03 and 6.0d.
