Correspondence between "classic" (Prism 4) equations and "new" (Prism 5 and later) equations

Prism 5 introduced an entirely new set of equations in Prism to use for nonlinear regression. The older equations are still present in the last category of equations in the list "Classic equations from prior versions of Prism". Here is how they are related:

Prism 4 and earlier   Equaivalent equation to use with Prism 5 and later
Classic equations New equation category  Equation name
One-site binding (hyperbola) Binding Saturation  One site -- Specific Binding
Two-site binding Binding Saturation Two sites -- Specific Binding
Sigmoidal dose-respone Dose-resopnse - Stimulation log(agonist) vs. response (three paramter)
Sigmoidal dose-response (variable slope) Dose-resopnse - Stimulation log(agonist) vs. response - Variable slope (four paramter)
One site competition Binding - Competitive One site - Fit logIC50
