Bug in Prism 7; Baseline of bar graphs can get stuck (unchangeable) with log2 axes

This bug occurs when you:

1. Create a bar graph with a log2 or log10 axis with a custom range and a custom bar baseline in Prism 6. Set the custom bar baseline in the third tab of Format Graph using the setting "Bars begin at ".
2. Open the file using Prism 7 Windows (Prism mac is fine).
3. Enter a new value for the baseline of the bars.

What happens: The graph doesn't change accordingly. The bar baseline seems stuck. 

Easy workaround: Change the minimum value of the axis range. Then change it back. Now the bar baseline can be set as you want it.
