Beginner's tutorial: XY graph
Make this graph in one minute:
1. From the Welcome dialog, click the XY tab. Choose to enter replicates as duplicates.
2. Enter these data.
3. Go to the graph. The Change Graph Type dialog will pop up. Choose to plot individual replicates.
4. Click the Analyze button in the toolbar and choose linear regression
5. Accept all the defaults on the linear regression dialog.
6. Double-click on the default Y-axis title to edit it.
