Before-during-after plots with missing values

If you have a missing value in a before-after plot created from a Column data table, Prism will simply connect the data is has. You'll see that a symbol is missing but the lines continue. 

What if you want a gap in the line at the missing value? Prism cannot do that with a Column graph and table, but can with a Grouped graph and table.    Enter the data like this. Note that the table is Grouped, and the data for each subject is stacked into a subcolumn. This table has three subcolumns, but you can choose to have up to 256. 

When you make the Grouped graph, choose the  Individual values tab, and the graph: Repeated Measures, Matched values stacked in subcolumns

The graph still won't show the gap in the line, but wait...  Double click on the graph, and go to the third tab of Format Graph. There you can choose to leave a gap at the missing value(s). 

Now you have the graph you want:
