The shared with me folder organizes all of the projects that others have shared with you in one place. This way, you don't have to keep track of the individual invitation links or emails. Unlike your personal folder, the content displayed inside the shared with me folder is not dependent on the currently selected workspace. Any project from any workspace that has been shared with you will be shown inside this folder.

Even if you aren't a member of any workspace, as long as you have a Prism Cloud account, you'll be able to log in and see projects that have been shared with you in this folder. Additionally, even though you won't be able to publish your own work to Prism Cloud without being a member of a workspace, you'll still be able to view these projects shared with you, create new discussions, and respond to comments in existing discussions within these projects.
