Prism offers no way to create subfolders or to group sheets within a section (except by color coding them). But one of our customers came up with a clever workaround. He creates extra data tables or graphs (which can be ignored) and renames the sheet title to "-------". This has the effect of dividing a long list of sheets into sections.
