The PC scores are outputs from PCA that are used for plotting the rows of your data and for running further analyses such as multiple linear or logistic regression.

They are calculated by multiplying the standardized or centered data by the eigenvectors. Scores are only shown for PCs that were selected by the chosen selection method.
