The next tab of the results includes the eigenvalues calculated from the data as well as the mean eigenvalues and percentiles (5th and 95th) calculated from parallel analysis. Note that the first two PCs had eigenvalues (from the data) that were greater than the upper limit (95th percentile) of eigenvalues calculated by parallel analysis, and so those PCs were selected

The eigenvalues (and upper/lower limits) calculated by parallel analysis are included by default on the scree plot generated by PCA.
