To order your StatMate 2 upgrade, you'll need to enter the serial number of your current StatMate 1 license. Only one upgrade is allowed per serial number. To find your serial number, run StatMate, then from the Help Menu, choose "About GraphPad StatMate."

Note: Some customers who originally purchased StatMate 1 as an online download or as part of a package together with Prism or InStat, may not have a unique StatMate serial number. In this case, enter your valid Prism or InStat serial number in the StatMate 2 upgrade form where prompted.

Upgrading Networks
If you own a network license and you want to upgrade your software, you need to upgrade the entire network license at the same time.

Licensing Agreement
By upgrading, you transfer the license from your old version of the program to your new version of StatMate 2. Please note that after purchasing an upgrade, you don't own more licenses than you did before. Your old serial number is no longer valid and, because your old license no longer exists, it's a violation of your license agreement to let someone else use your prior version of StatMate1 while you use StatMate 2.
