Already own Prism?  You don't have to purchase a new license – you can upgrade your current copy to Prism 5.  Here’s everything you need to know.

Upgrade costs
One upgrade per serial number.  All prices are in US dollars.

Compatibility with earlier versions
Prism 5 can open files made with any prior release (versions 1, 2, 3 or 4). Prism 5 is also compatible with Prism 4, meaning that Prism 4 can open files created by Prism 5. Earlier releases (Prism 3 or earlier) will not open files saved by Prism 5.

Upgrading networks
If you own a network license and you want to upgrade your software, you need to upgrade the entire network license at the same time.   The cost to upgrade a 10-user Prism 4 network, for instance, would be 10 @ $199 for a total of $1,990.

Licensing agreement
Your upgrade will transfer your license from your old version of the program to Prism 5. After purchasing an upgrade, you won't own more licenses than you did before. Your old serial number is no longer valid, so you would be violating the license agreement if you let someone else use your prior version while you use Prism 5.

How to order
To order your upgrade, you'll need to tell us the serial number of your current version. To find your serial number, run Prism then drop the Help (Windows), Apple (Mac OS 8–9) or Prism (Mac OS X) menu and choose "About GraphPad Prism". If you have any problems, email sales@graphpad.com.
