Graphs are added automatically

When you create a new data table, Prism automatically creates a linked graph. This means that you won't often have to think about adding graphs to your project.

How to add a graph to your project

To add a graph to a project click on the New button in the Sheet section of the Prism toolbar.

Create a new graph from existing data

1.Go to the data table you want to graph.
2.Click and choose New Graph of Existing Data.

3.Pick the data table you want to graph, the type of graph, and how you would like to display error bars. Note that you can check an option to make a separate graph from each data set, rather than a single graph of all data sets.

Duplicate a graph, and plot the same data.

1.Go to the graph you want to duplicate.
2.Click and choose Duplicate Current Sheet.

3.Now edit the copy, which will be plotting the same data as the original. You can change the type of graphand change which data sets are graphed.
